EverAfter Studio

EverAfter is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers post-sales teams to create personalized and automated, customer-interfaces.

 

At EverAfter, users wanted to take their customer-facing hub experience to the next level, but were limited by a fixed set of widgets that couldn’t fully adapt to their unique needs.

 

To overcome this, we built an AI-powered Studio that allows CSMs and editors to write a prompt describing what they want to present, simply and instantly generate stunning, on-brand visual and animated widgets. Each widget can be set to pull live content from CRM fields or account context, helping CSMs maintain transparency and deliver more engaging experiences to their customers.

 

This feature was released in October 2025, and there are multiple users from different companies creating rich, animated widgets that elevate communication, strengthen relationships, and inspire customer loyalty.

I'm responsible for creating EverAfter's design product from scratch, product-market fit, interviewing prospects and design partners, prototyping with AI, concept design, detailed design, interaction design, animations, microanimations, manual acceptances, frontal usability testing, and following up reviews on Fullstory recordings.

EverAfter Experts

EverAfter is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers post-sales teams to create personalized, and automated, customer-interfaces.

 

At EverAfter, CSMs needed a better way to deliver accurate, high-quality answers through the customer-facing hub. The existing knowledge base was limited and required too much manual effort, while teams continuously sought ways to reduce new tickets.

 

We introduced Experts, an AI-powered solution built from curated files and domain knowledge. Each Expert specializes in a specific topic and can be connected to multiple areas of the hub, such as the Search widget or the particular task insights. Multiple Experts can be combined to provide more specific results. This transforms static content into dynamic, personalized guidance, enabling customers to find answers faster and reducing the need for new support requests.

 

Released in October 2025, the feature has already been adopted by 15 editors from different customers who integrated it into their workspaces and hubs.

PRODUCT DESIGN LEAD    •    EVERAFTER

EverAfter Journey Agent

EverAfter is a B2B SaaS platform that empowers post-sales teams to create personalized and automated, customer-interfaces.

At EverAfter, journeys are automated experience flows that adapt to each user’s progress. However, creating and maintaining them required extensive manual setup from editors and CSMs, limiting efficiency and adoption.

To simplify and scale this process, we designed the AI Agent, a new journey step that adds intelligence and automation to every flow. Editors can simply write a prompt describing the issue or desired action, and the AI determines the next step, configuring it automatically. Editors have full control to review, edit, and test the result.

Use cases range from adding a personalized welcome banner with the user’s or account’s name to generating emails based on CRM data. Since launch, journey usage has increased by 21%, with teams now using the feature for everything from simple automations to complex workflows.

SENIOR PRODUCT DESIGNER    •    ENABLEY (FORMER TIME TO KNOW)

Unified Content

At Enabley (formerly Time to Know), the learning experience was limited. Each file type required a separate module, making course creation fragmented and time-consuming. Educators and content creators needed a simpler, more flexible way to build engaging learning experiences.

To solve this, we reimagined the authoring experience into a unified learning unit that supports every file type, offering seamless presentation mode and a variety of interactive elements. With tools for embedded videos, VR, gamification, quizzes, polls, and virtual classrooms, educators can now create rich, bite-sized content effortlessly.

This became the platform’s main editor and a core part of Enabley’s success story. Today, the company continues to grow with an expanding base of satisfied global customers, including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Heineken, and many more.

I'm responsible for redesigning Enabley's editor, interviewing customers before and after the feature design to check adoption, prototyping, concept design, detailed design, interaction design, animations, microanimations, manual acceptances, and following up reviews using Hotjar recordings.

The Embedded App

At Behalf, which serves small and medium businesses across the U.S., the pre-approval process faced major compliance challenges, leading to the removal of a key tool. The customer journey became heavily dependent on Agents manually guiding users through complex, offline steps. This slowed down onboarding and reduced customer confidence.

To solve this, we introduced the Embedded App — a secure, intuitive flow that allows SMB customers to log in, get clear guidance, and create their first order independently, without relying on an Agent. The experience became seamless, transparent, and fully compliant.

The impact was immediate. Customers shared their satisfaction on Trustpilot, describing Behalf as “very easy and convenient to use,” praising its “flexibility,” “reasonable rates,” and “buying power that

helps startups grow.”

I'm responsible for interviewing customers to acknowledge their needs/interests/pains, prototyping, concept design, detailed design, interaction design, manual acceptances, and following up reviews using Mixpanel recordings.

About me

I’m Vivian Berko, I was born in Brazil and have been living in Israel since 2011. I’m a product designer passionate about transforming complexity into clarity and building products that move businesses forward.

For the past six years, I’ve led Product Design at EverAfter, joining as the first employee and helping shape the platform from idea to Product-Market Fit. I’ve designed all the product, which contain features like the Kits system, Accounts page, and Manage Workspace, and more recently focused on AI-driven experiences such as Widget Studio, Expert AI, and the AI Journey Agent.

Before that, I redesigned the course editor at Enabley, built a self-service financing flow at Behalf, and helped create HP’s first mobile IT support experience. My foundation as a UI designer started at UI Human Factors, where I worked across diverse industries and complex systems.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my kids🤍🤍, cooking, crocheting, and listening to Brazilian music or doing jump fit to recharge my energy. I also use AI every 30 seconds for, well, almost everything in life.
